How do I know if I am due for an Inspection?
Local law 152 went into effect on January 1, 2019.
The district your building is located in will depend on when you need to file your local law 152. Below you will find the dates in which your district is due.
- Community Districts 1, 3, & 10 in all boroughs: January 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024
- Community Districts 2, 5, 7, 13, & 18 in all boroughs: January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025
- Community Districts 4, 6, 8, 9, & 16 in all boroughs: January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026
- Community Districts 11, 12, 14, 15, & 17 in all boroughs: January 1, 2027 – December 31, 2027
